Hi, I’m Danica from the Philippines. I’m a Customer Service Specialist with over five years of experience in the telecommunications industry, supporting US-based clients. I’ve handled multiple well-known service providers such as TracFone, Straight Talk, Net10, Simple Mobile, and Total Wireless, and collaborated closely with major US networks including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
